    Rock climbing- Rock climbing  is the sport or activity of climbing rock faces, especially with the aid of ropes and special equipment. The concept is to reach an end point, or a summit, of a rock face or structure. This can be done with specific equipment, depending on the difficulty and severity of the climb.

    Solo Climbing-Solo climbing, or soloing, is a style of climbing in which the climber climbs alone, without the assistance of a belay. It is generally done on higher walls than bouldering .

    Ice climbing-Ice-climbing is the act of climbing frozen waterfalls or other ice formations. On an ice climb you rope-up for safety, and climb using specialized  crampons and ice-axes.

    Mountaineering-Mountaineering is the act of trekking and climbing mountains, often with specialized equipment. The sport of mountaineering aims at reaching the highest point of mountains, preferably high, difficult to climb or (mostly historically) yet  un climbed ones.

    High lining- High lining is an extreme sport in which adventurers walk across a rope from one cliff to another. High lining is tightrope walking taken to the absolute extreme. The sport involves fixing a 1 inch thick rope between two mountains and walking over the gap in between.

    Mountain Biking-Mountain biking is an adventure sport in which you go cycling across the unforgiving roads and alleys in tough mountain terrains.

    Caving-Caving is the art of safely moving through a natural cave to a destination and returning to the surface without hurting yourself or the cave.

    Scuba Diving-Scuba diving is perhaps the best way to explore the fantastic underwater world, getting up close with the wonders and the secrets of this marine universe

    Canoeing-Canoeing, the use for sport, recreation, or competition of a  or  all small, narrow, lightweight boats propelled by paddles and pointed at both ends.

    Cliff diving- Cliff diving is a risky sport that should only be done by athletes who have gone through the proper training and experience to do it safely.
